Summary Judgment

We use the variables WONSJUD1 through WONSJUD7 to determine the winner on summary judgment. If one of the variables listed a plaintiff winner and none listed a defendant, we deemed it a plaintiff win. If one of the variables listed a defendant winner and none listed a plaintiff, we deemed it a defendant win.

Use a summary judgment disposition only if it disposes of a case between two
parties. Do not use a summary judgment as the final disposition if it only disposes
one of multiple claims between two parties.
