All transactions are conducted on a secure server to guarantee protection of the customer's confidential credit card information. Credit cards are validated automatically within seconds and customers are provided with a confirmation and summary of their
orders.
In order to use the shopping cart, you must use a version 3 or higher
browser. If you have added items to cart, yet your shopping cart remains empty, you probably either have set your browser not to accept cookies or have set your browser not to run
Javascript. Our automated shopping cart feature requires Javascript to be
enabled, and for your browser to accept cookies. These are both default settings. Please note that all information which the ILO's server sends to your computer is stored in your browser's RAM and is erased when you close the
program. No information is stored on your hard drive and no information is sent back to the ILO
(except for your order, if you submit one).
If your browser does not support Javascript, or if you do not wish to accept cookies, you can fill out the manual order form by hand and post or fax it to us.
