Instruments adopted by the Conference

In 1999, two international labour standards were adopted by the International Labour Conference:
A convention and a recommendation concerning the prohibition and immediate action for the elimination of the worst forms of child labour.

* Convention 182 - Worst Forms of Child Labour Convention
* Recommendation 190 - Worst Forms of Child Labour Recommendation

In 1998, one international labour standard was adopted by the International Labour Conference:
A recommendation concerning job creation in small and medium-sized enterprises.

* Recommendation 189 - Job Creation in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Recommendation

In 1997, two international labour standards were adopted by the International Labour Conference:
A convention and a recommendation concerning private employment agencies.

* Convention 181 - Private Employment Agencies Convention
